Ikenobo headquarters has recently created and published videos on YouTube. They are interesting and have English subtitles too!
“What is Ikebana” is 13.44 minutes long and is divided into three sections; Rikka, Shoka and Free Style with each section having three points on appreciating the respective style.
Then each style is broken out into a shorter version. It is recommend you review these shorter versions before a class on the respective style.
